Prices

At Ecological, all prices are listed in your local currency, and defaults to Danish kroner and include VAT and duties. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. We reserve the right for out-of-stock items.

Payment

Ecological accepts payment by VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is dispatched. All amounts are in DKK (Danish kroner) and include VAT. We reserve the right for pricing errors and sold-out/discontinued products.

Delivery

Ecological aims to dispatch orders placed before 17:00 on the same day. Orders after that time are sent the next working day. We deliver to all of Denmark, the EU, and Norway. Shipping costs start from 35 DKK. Items will be delivered to the delivery address provided at the time of ordering.
Your goods are shipped with your selected courier, depending on what is available for your area.
Note: If there is no space at the collection point, the package will be moved to the nearest collection point, and you will be notified. If problems arise, please contact customer service.
Deliveries are made on all weekdays. We cannot give an estimate for delivery date, although 1-3 days is what we strive for.
For certain items, specific delivery terms apply. These conditions will be clearly stated prior to the purchase of these items.

Right of Complaint

There is a 2-year warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty applies to defects in materials and/or manufacturing. You can have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not cover faults or damages caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must file a complaint within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect. Ecological will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Refunds

If a refund is due, please include bank information in the form of reg. no. and account no., so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be provided safely via email or other electronic means, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used to fulfill the refund.

Right of Withdrawal

There is a 14-day full return right on items purchased in our webshop.

The period is calculated from the day;

  • You receive the order.
  • You take possession of the last item when it concerns an agreement for several different items ordered in one order but delivered individually or in several parts.
  • You take possession of the last batch or part when it concerns an agreement for the delivery of goods consisting of several batches/parts.
  • You take possession of the first item in case of regular delivery of goods over a certain period.
    Return shipping costs must be borne by you.
    The withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and from the withdrawal, you must return the shipment no later than 14 days. The notice must be given via email at email@diyorama.eu. In the notice, you must make it clear that you wish to use your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the item to us, you must fill out the enclosed return form and send the item to:

You cannot withdraw by simply refusing receipt of the goods, without giving clear notice of this.

Return

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. Email us and we'll send a return label you can print out for free. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are properly packed. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation. The process will go faster if you also fill out and include our return form.
You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery until we have received them in return.

Condition of the Item upon Return

You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the item as you would in a physical store.

If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that upon withdrawal of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt of the return. To receive the full purchase amount, you must test the item without actually using it.

If you ordered a pair of boards to go with the order for safety, it is a good idea to include those in the return as well, to ensure the package doesn't get damaged during transit.

Refund

If you regret your purchase, you will, of course, get the amount you paid to us refunded.
In the case of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs due to your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received notice of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back unless you have provided documentation of returning the goods.

Language caveat:

This Terms of Sale is provided in English for furthering the option of our wonderful customer's having a chance to read it without a translation software in the middle. Should any translation in this text be incorrect, due to different phrasing, colloquialism or derived meaning etc, it is the Danish Salgskriterier that takes precedent.
